Automated deburring applications are used in major industries and include polishing, grinding, trimming, cutting, etc. The complex motion & positioning requirements, tool wear and the force control involved make the process challenging. We offer software options to solve many of the challenges that are associated with material removal applications. Feedback control to apply right amounts of force between the workpiece and the material removal equipment is also available. Also offered is motion cooperation between multi-axis positioners and the robot to solve many of the motion constraints during the process of removal. We can provide custom material removal solutions to fit your specific application. The robot controller includes standard options for communicating with the deburring equipment.
